Shipping policy


At Varali Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring every order is securely handled, fully insured, and delivered with the utmost care from our Vaughan, Ontario location.


1. Shipping & Insurance

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Premium Shipping on all orders within Canada.
  • Carrier & Security: All jewelry is shipped via  FedEx or an equivalent secured courier service. For your protection, every parcel is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Discretion: Shipments are packaged discreetly and do not display the name “Varali Jewelry” on the exterior to deter theft.
  • Missing or Lost Items: All orders are fully insured. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
  • Exclusions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases.


2. Fulfillment Timelines

Our jewelry is handcrafted to order to ensure exceptional quality and personalization. The estimated timelines below include both the crafting and shipping phases. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier details.

  • In-Stock Jewelry: Ships within 2–5 business days.
  • Handcrafted Jewelry (Fine Jewelry, Engagement, and Wedding Rings): Typically ships within 3–4 weeks from the order date.
  • Rush Orders: If you require your piece sooner, please contact us. Rush requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee.


3. Local Pickup (Vaughan, ON)

We are pleased to offer a direct, safe, and complimentary pickup option at our Vaughan location.

  • In-Store Pickup is available by appointment only.
  • To schedule your pickup, please call us once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email notification.
  • This service is free of charge.


4. Policy Exceptions (Returns, Exchanges & Resizing)

Please note that our Free Shipping policy applies only to the initial purchase shipment.

  • Mail-In Requests: For any return, exchange, or resizing requests sent via mail, all shipping charges (to send the item to us and to receive it back) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchange Shipping: In the case of an exchange, an estimated shipping cost (via FedEx or an equivalent premium courier) will be provided. The customer must submit payment via e-transfer prior to shipment of the new item.
  • Local Resizing Drop-Off: Customers in or near Vaughan may drop off and pick up their jewelry in person for resizing to avoid shipping costs entirely.
